Is there a way to transfer from Garretloader my ratings and comments for each fan mission to Darkloader ?

Most certainly not. At least not an easy way.
GarrettLoader holds that sort of info in a database format.
You can download some tool like MDBViewer (from (
http://www.alexnolan.net/software/) here) which supports .mdb files.
And then export the table (e.g. 'Table_scores').
But I doubt you are going to enjoy this.
Make sure to work on a copy of GarrettLoader.mdb. You don't want to mess up the original by accident.
However, in case there is anything you absolutely want to transfer, then it would at least be an option.
Note that you can specify filters at the bottom in order to show only those mission that have anything worth caring about.
e.g.:

And then add the stuff manually in DarkLoader.
