if this issue is in the wrong place or has already been resolved please don't hesitate to point me in the right direction.

i have an AMD A8-3850 APU with Radeon HD graphics 2900 MHz
4GB Ram
Win 7

i have been trying to follow the insctructions here:

but i cannot find the Windows\system32\dllcache folder to put the image.cfg in, the rest is there just not the dllcache folder, am i missing something? or is it under some other name on a 64 bit system.
