Hi, does anyone know of any good missions or campaigns that have been made with co-op in mind, or at least that are playable by two players without big problems (i.e. no elevators)?

Good question. There is Haunt Stadium Thief 2 Edition which you can download from my (
http://sgfm.webs.com/fms) FM website. While it's not really made with "co-op in mind," it does lend itself well to multiple players I think since it's an arena type mission.
It's not really what you're asking for though. I don't think there are any missions with co-op in mind that I know of, although I haven't been following the FM scene so I could be mistaken. There's was also a little mission I was doing with co-op in mind made from scratch, but it's been put on hold and may just end up being canceled.
Oh, I just remembered there's (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=124488) A Thief's Holiday 2004 (Multiplayer Edition) if you like winter themed holiday missions. I like to play this one with a friend during the Christmas season.
Also you could play really big missions such as First City Bank and Trust, seeing as how that mission was tested with multiplayer by Tos and lends itself well to multiple players I think.

There's a walkthru on YouTube of multiplayer Lord Alan's Factory, and it seems good for two players, given it's so massive. Any big mansion mission (with stairs & without scripts?) is probably good ... Art of Thievery, Saturo Returns Home... I played one that worked great, but can't recall the name and don't know how to recall it.
