1) Thy will find what you need once you get past that door in the Water place
2) I think that's for the locked door in the Cloak & Dagger
3) I think the key to that is in the Cloak & Dagger, if not, it may be in the office in the crap Museum. If it ain't there, then your guess is as good as mine! (I can't remember) :o

[SPOILER]I've been in the weapon shop and heard convo's by the gate : "You think anything will Happen?" and the "May the Trickster find you in the dark" I foudn a "soggy papyrus" telling me abotu a secret way in through the sewers but i cannot find how to get into the sewers[/SPOILER]

You have to get past the gate and to the sewers first...and you can't ghost the gate.
Incase you don't know how to get through the gate...
[SPOILER]Arrow the middle button in the gatehouse to open the porticullis. You WILL be noticed.[/SPOILER]
