Hello, taffers. Recently been replaying the thief games and decided to get some music from the games as well. I can't, however, find one particular song, it's been used in a Thief DS trailer, sort of a remix of the T1 Victoria theme:

I hope that somebody here has it or at least knows the name of this music track. Thanks in advance.
Also, could someone recommend me some good thief music as well, remixes or something like that?

We re-constructed this pretty little part in the TDP soundtrack, see the Circle's downloads (track "A Woman named Viktoria"). We also did (that means, the Child of Karras did) variations of this theme in (
http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=NBFYruSrEPA) Dark Dialect III (1:25ff). Oh, and of course he can play it on the piano, so if you beg him long enough he might even build you a whole song out of it.

Yeah, I' already downloaded the "A Woman named Viktoria" track. But I was wondering about that particular remix used in the trailer. For some reason I'm pretty sure it's fan made. Or at least some fans probably know it's title or author...

This is not any fanmix I heard. Eidos wouldn't use a fanmix for a trailer anyway. As for speculation about the authorship, it's probably either a remix by Eric Brosius himself, or by Alexander Brandon, who was originally supposed to score Thief 3 before Eidos managed to get Eric back.
