For creepy missions I recommend Raison 'd etre - the empty hollow unfolds, my favorite cthullu p&p cd.
Sometimes those relaxing weather cd's are nice for rain or even storm (not very relaxing tough :p ).
Alan Dargin has strange stuff, too.
