You could check out the podcasts from (
http://www.ultimathule.info/) - your mileage may vary, so read the descriptions to filter out the ones you want, but there are some great compiliations. Artists like Steve Roach and Stuart White feature heavily here, who are in the vein of thief/fallout/ghost in the shell type industrial ambience.

good stuff ash, liking this album a lot. don't think it's very thiefsy (needs more creep) but its very pleasant. as altf4 here noted, those artists do similar music. worth mentioning are also michael stearns's encounter and lost world albums, his music is generally similar with a bit more drama.
someone else treasure really reminds me of - although this is Completely non-thief music, mind you, is - (

(
http://www.last.fm/music/Tal/_/Tal+%2790) This one might prove interesting to you taffers.
Despite the not-so-lenghty preview track, I couldn't help noticing the simlarities between this track and the sound of Horn of Quintus from the bonehoard mission. Sadly to my knowledge the full length version can only be listened by purchasing it from iTunes or tuning into ambient radio stations like (
http://somafm.com/) Soma FM (more specifically Drone Zone) which with some luck might play it.
Be sure to check out the site though, it offers a nice variety of stations, mostly ambient.
