My bell won't swing!!!

I was under the impression that you have an enhanced bell model that actually works/swings, but that's not the case it seems, or is it?

Voodoo47 who? Thumper has a swinging bell but the one I was referring to is made by LGS.

I don't think the wooden beam is supposed to swing together with the bell.
