I know I'm not supposed to be resurrecting an old thread, but I just finished playing All Torc and have to say it was a great mission. I really enjoyed myself tremendously! Kudos, R Soul. You did good! :thumb:
Now on to 'Surrounded...'.
Thanks, R Soul. :cheeky:

It's perfectly alright to resurrect old threads on this particular forum as long as there's a reason and saying Thank you is an excellent one!
Dia on 19/3/2006 at 14:26
Okay, now you're being a tease! :cheeky: I really look forward to your next FM, R Soul! Thanks for taking the time.
P.S. Thanks for the encouraging words, Nightwalker. I've read in various threads how FM authors sometimes get discouraged when they don't get any feedback on their FMs. I realized that it's only common courtesy to thank the author for the effort and time invested in each of the FMs; afterall, the authors are creating these FMs for the rest of us to enjoy, right? Just because this is the internet doesn't mean that manners need to fall by the wayside. (Well, at least not in the Thief forums anyway.) I'd like to resurrect older FM threads just to say thanks and comment on FMs I've just played from now on. I don't think anyone's hard work should go unnoticed.

Wow, this is awesome stuff R Soul! :D I checked this out yesterday and to my amazement, i hadn't even played it before! :o How did i ever miss this one? :eww:
The train is amazing, even more so than the one in T2X. :thumb: :thumb:
That City is enormous, humongous, gargantuan even! :joke:
You the man. :thumb:

I'm playing it again as well, Sluggs. In fact, I always seem to have several FMs on the boil at the same time. It depends upon my mood, I guess. I know full well I played this one before but I can't remember all of it. So I guess that's an added bonus. Hasn't it been just too hot yet again today?:cheeky:
Oh wait, can someone help me? The keys aren't with the letter when I go to Grimleys room. How annoying. I checked and yup, the scripts are installed...so what's the deal here? Someone, please...
suewan on 9/7/2006 at 10:01
I realised I don't know if anyone will read my question simply by editing it so I'll ask again.
I can't seem to "find" the keys with note in Grimley's room. I have installed the scripts so what seems to be the problem? Any ideas, anyone please?
R Soul on 9/7/2006 at 15:08
They should appear after you've read the note.
It's not a custom script that controls this.
suewan on 9/7/2006 at 19:40
They haven't and I checked to see if my auto-equip was enabled and anything that could be potentially causing the problem. I know full well that I have played this before so I'm a bit clueless here. Any ideas, R Soul?
Thanks again for any help.

I'm probably just missing the obvious, but I don't know how to proceed after getting upstairs into the "switch room". There's a non-functioning lift, switches that don't move, and a window too small to go through? What to do?

Go outside (to the balcony). The windows there can be opened.
I have now a same problem of polycarp, but don't find any passage for enter in the station, in ground floor.
Where is the passage?
Thanks in advance.
