If you're looking at the glowing red thing between the pillars, that's not the ruby.
However, I have the ruby, and the emerald, and that objective hasn't ticked off.
I'd say the emerald was the most stressful thing to obtain. How couldst thou make such a place as the emerald's location?

well I have 4 out of 5 gems, The only thing missing is the spirit of the forrest how do I get that one ? I thought it had something to do with the red crystal between the pilars...

Ooh, the spirit of the forest...
[spoiler]From the top of the tree with the dead taffers, the wooden walkway goes into two different trees. One leads to the patrolling craymen, the spiders and ultimately the keeper's house, the other has a spiral staircase going down to the room with the emerald.

Well, I haven't gotten too far yet. I'm totally lost in the fog, surrounded by tree beasts and I LOVE IT!! Great mission, Sharga!

Hmm, I wonder what I mis then, because I already have that one. In the inventory it just says emerald.

I also found some sort of easter egg. I shows shagra`s name on the wall. I`ll explain tommorow. I`m to tired now.
