See anything familiar?

Just thought I'd share.

i like only the cog, but without the round shape (has nothing to do with Thief)

The glyphs there are pretty obscure, and not many people would recognize them, if recognition is what you're going for. The door glyph would probably be a more recognizable choice. The cog will get you mistaken for a star wars fan, and everything else is generic tattoo stuff.

I'd stay away from the circles that are around all the symbols.
Looks like a black circle with a drop shadow. The circle would be fine but that shadow is gonna make it muddy (maybe not at first but in time) and they will just end up looking like blotchy circles.

As for the Beauséant: 'tis going to be B&W, that's why.
I do not go, however, for recognition: the four main symbols (the cog, the Beauséant, the Fëanor-star and the pentagram) all have meanings to me, and the Glyphs are just "placeholders". These are my favourite Glyphs, so that's why. But, yeah, maybe the Celtic circle was a mistake, I'm going to work on that.
'Twill be 'round mine arm, in a continous circle.

The Mechanist gear has a vertical bar in the middle, just for the record.

'Tis not a Mechanist one.
