maybe basso got desperate, after the mechanist started taking away all he knew to be converted into mechanist slaves. I cant remember if she was his sister, anyway why is there a hidden quest in that mission to get wedding rings for both basso and the girl. If they were brother and sister then they wouldn't need weding rings, or are you some troll.

Hmm let's see. The library cutscene in Thief 2 had this one keeper that didn't say a word. There was Artemus, Orland, Garrett and this silent guy who was visible for about 20 seconds... We should think up a name for this man, since he is 100% certain to appear in Thief 3! Oh wait, he didn't! :mad:
Stop pretending that showing someone for 30 seconds equals "Introducing a new character" Even if EM decides to not even mention the girl in T4, most people are too amazed by how awesome it is to have a new Thief game, to even notice that some insignificant child is missing. Only the ultra-perceptive, story-analyzing continuity junkies would give a taff if the girl didn't show up in T4.
