I have been trying to remember the names of the men and women who are mentioned in Thief, whether they are part of the plot (eg, Viktoria) or simply a name spoken/written (eg, Lady Van Vernon, Kevel). This is all I came up with:

I actually met someone once who said his name was Kevil. He was Irish and it's how he said "Kevin".
