Great lists!
Why would there be a dare involved for a Vodka Stinger... are they good? Creme de menthe and vodka? Can't say I drink too much of the former, but I'll always give something a fair go.

No, because they sound disgusting and like something an old drag queen would drink :D

3 shots dark rum
1 can Arizona Southern Sweet Tea
Serves 2 and is best served chilled, ice or lemon added to preference.

I'm a bit traditional - Rye and Coke. None of that American shit either (Jim Beam can go fuck itself) - Wisers or Alberta Premium are the best for a good drink. Crown Royal's OK, but better suited to shots because it's so sweet. Good to keep a bottle around for parties though.
When I need to get a bit fancier though, I typically go for a Hemingway - white rum, maraschino liqueur, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and some simple syrup. I can't properly recall the exact amounts, but I know you need to go easy on the maraschino.

A Margerita wins me over every time.
Shake tequila, triple sec and fresh lime juice in a 3:2:1 ratio with crushed ice and you can't go wrong. With so much lime the added benefit is that you get little or no hangover (its never given me one anyway).

This is actually probably my favorite recipe to drink as well on the whole. Something I've learned to add over time is a little bit of agave nectar (just a little, maybe half a teaspoon).

This is exactly what my good lady does with hers but I'm not so sure it needs it. Ach, maybe I'm still an amateur at this.

You need cheapest cherry wine you can find and cheapest fake Cola you can find. Preferably cherry cola too.
You mix it 50/50
