Yep. I slashed at them with my dagger and nothing. I'm using version 1.1 I've noticed loads of bugs so far so it's not surprising really. The game just crashed on me, which is why i just popped in.

On Expert, only holy water puts them down. Anything else and they'll get right back up when you walk near them.
