Ok so i just got off the subway and I walk uup the stairs and the really really big guy (gunther?) wants me to surrendor but i dont and then he starts shooting at me and i run back down to subway, they i hit him in the head with sniper rifle many many times threw a LAM at him to, how do you kill him? do you need to kill him? pplease not to much spoilers just a nudge :)

At certain points in the game, certain NPCs are invincible. It kinda sucks that a game so otherwise free and open would do this to you, but I can understand it.
Just surrender to him, and the game will continue nicely.

ahh okay then, also i just eralized there was a hints and spoilers section to DE, stupid me, but i dont want to cheat like i did in HL, just avoid him then?

You can try and avoid him all you want, but it is ultimately futile. Just don't be so quick with the <strike>re</strike>[quick]load... You'll see what I mean.

From what I understand you can surrender to him, or let him kill you. Either way the game will continue to the next mission level.

lol stupid me, went afk while loading and coem back rooms all dark and doors open, in hong kong now thoguh, i lkove this game :)
