I've just wrecked the clocktower and now I need to get to the keeper library; that's in the Old Quarter, right? Well, my problem now is that all of the entrances to the Old Quarter appear to be blocked off. So where do I go now?

To the left of Terces Courtyard there is a building where you first entered the Keeper Library, if you look up there is a window. You can climb up using the climbing gloves and get through there.

Hey, SS, try the BIG S to use the Spoilers when you give specific info like that.
You are giving away the "end of the movie", to people who haven't seen it yet. If they want to know then they can read it, otherwise it is hidden like this: The spoilers hide information so that you don't spoil the game for players who have not yet got to that point, or who only want a hint, not a direct walkthrough.
