I've got a Hlaalu quest to see Neminda whilst wearing Felsons Helm, she's supposed to give me a scroll. Thing is everytime she sees me she accuses me of wearing Felson's Helm {which I am} and then attacks me. If I kill her and take the scroll back to Balmora the woman there {forgotten name} justs asks if I've seen Neminda Yet?
Neminda attacks me if I have the helmet on, off or have left it safely outside.
What can I do to resolve this? A cheat would do me, I just want to get past this.
Thanks!

Never happened to me, but I think I've heard of this. Do you have the helmet on when you enter the Redoran Palace? And do you use the "Orphan of Arnesia" code phrase?
madwolf on 15/10/2004 at 19:45
Yes, it's been posted by someone else before;a couple of years back. But there was no real answer.
Things is, I've tried approaching her with the helm both on and off, doesn't make any difference, she still attacks me. And I can't use the codewords for the same reason.

Did you talk to her with your help off and after you recieved the quest?
Cuz she might remember you. If you saved after you might be screwed...

Very probably, I can't remember.is there a cheat to get around this?
Cheers!

Madwolf,
As a loyal member of the Great House Redoran, I cannot assist you in this treacherous act against my brethren. But you are also incompetent and bungled the job [ :cheeky: ] and I would not wish to see someone so inept not continue to advance in House Hlaalu. Besides, you may have overwritten your only good save before descending down your present path, and that my heart would have to be made of stone not to feel great compassion for you at this time.
As a general rule, I make a save immediately before speaking with a quest-giver and I don’t overwrite it until I know I have competed it, (for better or worse). I should think that was standard practice, but I read too many desperate posts to recognize that not everybody does. There may a bug in the quest, so simply re-playing it may not have helped you anyway. Here is what you can do. At the console type:
Journal, HH_DisguisedArmor, 50
That will add a journal entry noting that you successfully duped Neminda (shame on both of you). Then type:
Player->AddItem, “bk_NemindasOrders”, 1
That will place in your inventory the intercepted orders that will trigger Nileno Dorvayn dialog that will permit you to successfully complete the quest. Speak with Nileno Dorvayn and you should receive the final journal entry for the quest. If not type:
Journal, HH_DisguisedArmor, 100
I hope this exchange marks a point of improved relations between House Hlaalu and Great House Redoran, and there may be many more opportunities for our respective houses to put aside our differences and work cooperatively toward the improvement of life in Vvardenfell.

Cyrano.
I am indeed humbled, clearly House Hlaalu is not fit to lick the boots of the Great and most Noble House Redoran, what can I say? Clearly I'd had too much Matze that night, anyway Redoran told me to sod off when I applied.
Many thanks! :)

You revealed out House secrets n'wah! You are expelled from house Redoran!

Stop slobbering on my boots! I’m pretty certain that Griff was addressing me—that and the fact that my room over at Ald Skar Inn has a new lock on it.

They’re a pretty good judge of character… :P
