Looks great nicked! I guess the setting could be sunset or sunrise.

Thanks everyone!
The mission is set at sunset (as opposed to sunrise).
The plot is not final yet, but it's about dark secrets hidden behind the wealthy, respectable facade of an affluent part of the city.
It's also still a long way off needing beta testers - building city missions takes way longer in my experience. :D

I don't think I've played a mission set at twilight before - looks great! Very atmospheric :)

Ashen Age by Sliptip is also set at sunset, and one of the missions in DCE will be as well. I love the atmosphere of missions like that.
Looks great, Nick! Can't wait to play this one.

Looks great!
It's interesting that the shadowed areas have such a flat ambient. This is something that a lot of Thief fans grumble about with The Dark Mod since we don't have easy light map support.
Is there some sorta AO option for lightmap bakes in Dromed?
Well, I guess with baked lighting you can just make custom textures or even edit the lightmap texture itself a modeling suite (or bake a brand new lightmap in a modeling suite)?
Most of the editors in TDM have gotten in the habit of making high contrast lighting and placing little accent ambients to overcome the shortcomings of the ambient in our engine. You've got more flexibility there AFAIK as the there's no limit to the number of lights you can bake whilst TDM is all realtime so it gets heavier with each one. (To be fair, the enhanced ambient that arrived in TDM v1.03 improved the situation quite a bit. We should still probably have some sort of SSAO to get it up to somewhat modern standards eventually).
