New Program: ConvTool

Hello. I would like to introduce ConvTool. This shows all conv steps in one view and makes it easy to rearrange specific actions and entire steps. The program works with the DML system, where object properties can be stored in a plain text file. As well as making convs from scratch, you can export one from Dromed and edit it in ConvTool.

Actions/steps can be cut, copied and pasted, even between different instances of ConvTool, so if you have a long conv requiring multiple objects, you can edit them too.

Before release I'd like a couple of people to test it. It seems to work fine for me so hopefully it'll just be a formality. I current have an FM in beta so for now, any further changes to ConvTool will just be bug fixes. New features can be suggested and I'll think about them later.

It makes me wish I had some conversations to do ... actually I do in another mission ... so yeah, sign me up. I've not used any dmls yet, how much about that will I need to know?

Thanks for offering to test. You don't need to know anything about DMLs, except for the ways to export/import them in Dromed. I've included a readme explaining what to do. Check your PMs.

You'd better believe it! I can do some quick testing now, and will do more rigorous testing in a few weeks when I start scripting the conversations. Sign me up.
