Ok, i am using Darkloader 4.3 and when i install this mission and load it up it crashes thief 2 after i click Continue on the objective screen at the start.

Since people using HD Mods were having trouble with the store screen, here's the version that doesn't show the problematic objects with DDS textures, and avoids the crash.

So I started playing this, and wow... haven't played an FM this close to the Bonehoard since Up in the Bonehoard.
The crypt area later in the mission is really, really close to the Bonehoard in both architecture and atmosphere. Great job there!
Also, that new enemy type with the almost pitch-black texture really scared me the first time I encountered it. Very nasty, especially in a dark environment!
Enjoying this a lot.

I still crash, will try deleting that object file.

The same happened to me but I discovered that the culprit was a .dds texture in OBJ.CRF.
In my case the texture was SWORD. I converted it to .png et voila.
I had forgotten that you can´t have .dds textures for objects that appear in the shop.
Now the mission works.
Where do you find that at? Is it in the FM file?

First of all, don´t delete object file, rename it and see if the missions now loads.
If the missiosn loads at least you knw the problem lies in there.

It's not in the FM file. I wouldn't have put a file that causes crashes in my own FM :p I don't have any HD Mods installed but you should check the files in obj/txt16 or obj/txt.

It´s not in the FM.
First rename obj.crf in RES folder.
And maybe you have an OBJ folder that belongs to an HDMOD too. Rename that OBJ folder.
Can you start the mission now?
