Just finished it, and it's a pretty solid first attempt at a mission. It doesn't have much to it, but there's attention to detail and the rooms are laid out in a sensible manner, rather than just being arbitrarily thrown in to bloat the level or force the player to go incredibly slowly. There are also good attempts at putting up challenges and alternate routes, like the one guard in that marble hall or the lit up street. The architecture was fine, but what really was curious to me was the use of a skybridge, albeit a covered one, I haven't seen that often in fan missions. Just a question though: what's up with the Haunt in the attic?

He's guarding the treasure.. This one really didn't have a story , it was more of a way for me to learn the ropes. The next one will have a full story with readables and all. Ha, I had to learn how to make barrels solid in the beta testing process, which was a valuable process to go through. This one was a by the books learning process level and I aim for bigger better levels in the future. Thanks.

Congrats on the first release :cheeky: I haven't been active much around here lately but I'll definitely give it a play later today ;)

Just played through the mission. Completed it in about 7 minutes. Those were 7 minutes of fun, though. Good luck with the next mission.

Congratulations on your first release and thank you.
I like attention to detail. Your plates, spice bags and flower pots were properly sitting on the table although some jewellery items floated a little in the rooms upstairs. Your banners had corpses and flinders (very important :) ). As has been mentioned, barrels were solid and climbable. I think only john numbers puts things inside barrels but I always mantle them just in case someone else does and it's irritating when I can walk through them. It was a simple mission but everything worked and I didn't find all the loot straight off which is always good. Perhaps the rosary could have been more lost and I'd like to see ceiling textures better aligned next time (it's just a thing I have as I'm very bad at looking up but when I do, I like to see realistic ceilings). But great start. Well done!
I'm looking forward to seeing what you do next.

Yeah nickie, when I first started modelling in dromed, I had no idea how limiting the texturing was. From now on I will have to see how textures fit to different size rooms. Give me full vertex control over u/v coordinates
anyday.
