I wanted to say I completed the FM awhile ago and liked it, and yet I could never
find the sword. Also, near the start of it, I had
trapped that ED-209 in my jail cell by alerting him and leading him inside. It's hilarious how he just sits in there and does nothing. :cheeky:
The sword is in the Serriffs office in the chest. It's key is hidden in the room above you.

I've tried jumping and clicking at the light fixture, at the painting and the banners.........and I don't see any switch..... :(

Try above the door. You're not looking for a switch.

Just now played this FM.
I was determined to take out ED-209 so I blackjacked him many times from behind in the shadows but grew tired of that approach. I quicksaved so I wouldn't lose the damage progress I had made with the BJ. BTW water arrows did not work as they normally would. I then lured it to my jail cell where I locked it in. The bot had backed itself into the corner where the hole in the floor is. It was searching for me while facing the end of the bed and I noticed it's cannon arm was in the wall. I then unlocked the cell and jumped onto the bed. At this time the bot had gone inactive facing the direction of the cell gate. I woke it up with the BJ and backed away to the other end of the bed. The bot turned in my direction and started firing at me but since his cannon was in the wall texture he took all the damage. It took a lot of cannon shots but eventually the bot disabled itself, reverting to the stock bot design.
I have used the "cannon in wall" technique many times on difficult bots in various FM's when shadows are not available to safely deploy the BJ. I have used it mostly around corners and in doorways where the bot's cannon does not have line of sight to me and is in the wall. You just gotta keep far enough away to not take damage from the explosions.
Another thing I discovered is that the hanging cage in the torture room can be destroyed with the BJ (didn't try the sword) leaving the man hanging in mid air.
