From the unpassable gate with the very large box near it pass through the open area to where you have the T intersection, do not turn right go straight.
See that building on your left with a ledge up high? Look at the next building that is adjacent to it - look for a brightly lit window around the 2nd floor level close to the building with the upper walkable ledge. There is a beam just above that window. the wood can take an arrow only from the underside as the wood is sheathed with an iron band to prevent arrows sticking on the side.

A "secret" moves the painting at Chalmers out of the way revealing a box with key. btw the bank can be ghosted without using that key.

Mission beaten in almost 3 hours. I barely completed loot objective with 4018 loot and found only 5 secrets. Mission is quite linear, but it's not a bad thing. Finding paths forward was fun. There could be a bit more loot on street. Loot objective is really hard to complete - I got all loot I could find and just barely completed it. Objectives require a lot of running back and forth. I had a lot of problems with finding something illegal, which as I suspected was connected to key in usual place. But finding this key was really difficult and these 2 places are far away from each other. Same goes with bank and police objectives. Finding path to Chalmer's Apartment was another hard task. I brute forced that by crate stacking and eventually found intended path. Problem is this path is starting in one of first areas. You would expect there would be lever for portcullis leading to this area, but no. This one time you must return all the way to almost beginning of mission. That's really annoying. Another annoying thing was blocking path with unpickable gates with no key to find. You can get there by crate stacking only to find nothing. Really? No reward? Also I brute forced puzzles in Crypt, later I found book, but it didn't give me hint what haunts are good. Is there any hint anywhere or is it just trial and error? Another thing that confused me was finding silver gears. I had no idea I must find them. Yes, there is security book, but it mentions keys. It's not the same as silver gears. So just after collecting all of them I heard Garrett comment and found that was absolutely necessary to find them. Before I thought they are just for some secret or easter egg. Way to be unobvious.
Overall, it was fun mission, but it could be better.

There is a loot to find behind at least two of those unpickable/"no key" gate doors. Only one gate needs two crates to bypass.
There is a book that has the solution to the haunts. "Prime" is a hint in the readable - count the scrolls on the desks where you find some of the keys.

The only thing I found was
tapestry inside crate behind one of unpickable gates, but rest had nothing. Nearby gate has only basketball, gate near start leads to generators and there is nothing there. There is balcony with drunk noble and also no reward. That's what I'm talking about.
