I found the third secret:
There's a big water area that the first bridge to the Baron's place crosses. Dive in. Go to the southeast in the water. Climb out. Climb a long staircase going up, then climb another staircase going up, then mantle up a bunch of areas of ground to the SE corner of this map (you can also jump down to it from the 2nd bridge from the Baron's place). There's two houses in this area. The one by the small well/pit doesn't have the secret. The other house has a single ladder connecting three floors. After dealing with (or sneaking past) all the inhabitants, go to the 3rd floor where there's a room with a lot of boxes. Mantle on top of the boxes and look for a switch.- prjames
Excellent! Thanks! I had been in that house, but missed
the third floor. Doh!

(made worse by accidentally picking up a compass early on that replaced the familiar and easy to read star shaped compass with the hard to read small circular one :( )
I picked up that compass too, but then I had both.
Master of Dromed First I must say how impressed I am with the amount of work and effort went into making this FM. Even though I wish there were high resolution textures included, the map and architecture looked interesting in every part. I have to agree with other players that the castle and other areas were too maze like, and I spent most of my time just running around until I found the place I was looking for... even if I had been there before.
The layout of the castle seems odd. It seems like the Baron and his family would have to walk through the entire castle to get to their quarters, and that would include walking through the non-elegant portions of the castle. Normally I would think that the family would have a grand stair case to use to reach their quarters and anywhere else they would typically spend their time, but there was only the one narrow stair case from the ground floor with the large bar that led to the rest of the castle. Also maybe it could have had more than one way into the castle unless I missed something. The last objective is to get back to where I started, but I had to restart the mission and try to get to where I saved just so I could reload the save and remember how to get back to the start. Because of all of this it makes it hard to remember or determine where to go to get to a specific place.
On one of the upper floors of the castle there is a bridge that leads to a fake door. There is a gold plaque near the door. It highlights but nothing appears when frobbed. I was able to get out of bounds in the city where there was no sound.
Anyway thanks for making such a great mission, and thanks for all of the neat paintings!

ah, perhaps if i had scrolled i would have found the normal compass; but i always use a hotkey (F12) to bring up the compass, and that would only bring up the freshly picked up one.

That's weird, because my hotkey would only bring normal compass and not it's replacement.

I don't know if it's me or a bug but I find the AI over-sensitive. They're hearing me when I'm 100yds away on soft surfaces.

having just finished on Normal, I agree with almost everything Aemanyl and john9818a said; the many small rooms became a maze, and the architecture didn't make much sense - like having windows in bedroom walls directly into busy hallways, or a pass-through bedroom be the only path between floors. Much of it could have been put behind unfrobbable doors if there wasn't a design or story reason for the area to be there. I spent a lot of my time running in circles. Don't get me wrong, some of the areas seemed lovely... but I was going through so many bedrooms and sitting rooms and bars that they all blurred together.
Also agree on the curtain doors - I couldn't see through them but AI could, leading to alerts from guards I couldn't tell were there. Seems they affected sound propagation, or room brushes were painted broadly, as I heard patrols from floors above and guards several rooms away could hear me.
The presence of vampires was surprising, but not in a good way.
I got the crown and checked my objectives; I had gotten the gem first, but forgotten Ballsy. I decided to force end the mission rather than make my way back down and out :erg:
The exterior, with lots of little shops and terraces and small multi-story houses on the hills was really nice.

Congrats on the release Master of Dromed!
The screenshots look amazing. The reviews that others wrote (even the negative ones) make me interested even more, because I like maze-like large missions.
Well, it's time to download and try it ;)

Congratulations on the new mission! I've been playing it for a couple days now and I enjoy immensely! I love how big the map is,very rewarding when you figure stuff out! Many new elements,I enjoy all of them,I don't understand the negative comments. Thank you very much for taking the time to create this mission! Great work, very much appreciated!

Thank you very much for this new mission, MasterofDromed! :)
I finished after 2,5 hours with 6984/7215 loot and 3/3 secrets. And just for the record I did not just save Ballsy but Josh aswell! Poor guy, leaving him there to die, just because he´s not an objective! :D (could have made a great bonus objective btw)
Just like many others mentioned already, the architecture was a big Minus point for me aswell. It was confusing and had no sense of direction. I also didn´t like how surreal and unrealistic everything was build. The story was boring. There was a readable here and there, but nothing that would make an interesting story, cause nothing really connected.
All in all it was an enjoyable playthrough though and the work that went into it is much appreciated :)
