downwinder: the Wizard and the exit are in the same area. From where you find the girl, go north to find a hanging rope. Follow the garden path, go up the large curved stairs, and kill the Wizard. The exit is at the far end of this room.
I repeat: there is no blackjack in this mission, and Spoonman even went so far as to remove the Act-React stims from the blackjack archetype :cheeky:
