Have you ever played Lingering Whispers ? It is a big level set in what I call a warehouse with lots to dodge, great atmosphere and interesting story. I'm not even sure how ghostable it would be but it looks like it would be fun to try.

Even if you don't make a video, I would definitely recommend you playing it, it's a top tier FM in my opinion.

Just finished my latest ghosting video of Rocksbourg 1. Achieved perfect thief for the first time! :D
