you can use any valid resolution. I'm using 1440*1080, for example (on a 1920*1200 monitor).

Ahhh Nice ! :) The 1280 x 960 uses all of my screen nicely without loosing the Menu Bar. My appologies for last night. I was tired and dont keep very well these days. Suffer from migranes a lot. Ive got one right now :( However Ive got Thief Gold patched with New Dark1.21, Ive got the Enhancement Pack 2.0 crf in place and Drom Ed New Dark/Thief Gold working and adjusted. so thats something !
Ive got it working :D
Now !
How do i use it ? :/
;)

my favorite approach is to randomly bash at things until they start working.
but looking at the subforum stickies with Dromed guides would also do the trick, I suppose.

Hey so you're new to the whole Dromeding, heh heh see you've had a few problems back there glad they're fixed :thumb: If you want to get started on how to use the editor I'd advise looking at some of the tutorials. Like Komags tutorial, spike14's tutorial, also dromed central over at southquarter has some nice little tutorials  But if you want to search for lots of different ones I'd probably go to the tutorials Overview in the Editors Guild :laff: Also if you want to show some of you're dromed work anytime go here (

http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=142992) Absolute Beginner's Guide to Creating a Mission for Thief 2[/h]This is for you too. Once you are using NewDark, the only difference between T1, TG, and T2 is the resource base used (objects, textures, sounds, etc.), and the style of the mission. The editor is the same.
The tutorial isn't done, but already it covers some items not covered elsewhere.

Thanks guys. Im hoping to really get into this.Ive played with many editors in the past but ive always been distracted with another game or editor or well life. I have used drom ed before but it was ohh well over 10 years ago now.Where did the time go. I had made some rooms placed some guards patrolling a corridor and some torches in wall recesses. Ive used many editors for The Elder Scrolls and am familiar with many cad application from autocad too sketchup and from blender to cativa and many in between. I remember that it crashed a lot and i think my pace was that slow i gut disheartened.T2 was released and i got the idea that what i was doing was going to take years to complete and well nobody would still be playing T1. I guessi was wrong.
