Thanks! I submitted the mission to AntiMatter. It has some little bugs but nothing game-breaking (well, I only tested the map 20 minutes).

Well unfortunately, I would say that disqualifies you. It wouldn't be fair to the others who are following the rules to accept your submission now. But it's up to AM16 now I guess.

Woah, Sneaky, ease down man. I think you're missing the point of the contest here. If you can't make a mission in 48 hours it's no big deal, but just don't enter the contest when others are adhering to the guidelines.

I'm afraid this does disqualify the mission you're working on, as submissions must be created within a 48 hour period. It is unfortunate that this misunderstanding too place, but I can't make an exception and break the rules for you. Sorry.
However, the rules do not forbid practice runs, so long as you don't use mis, gam, or vbr resources created before you start your mission. So, you can start your submission over from scratch, that is, File->New, and start build during a different 48 hour period. There is the rest of the week, as well as another weekend for you to work on a submission.
Also, remember that everyone is limited by working within a 48 hour period, so you're not disadvantaged compared to the other contestants. With the 48 hour limitation in mind, it's necessary to plan your mission and its scope accordingly.

Let's see, a couple squares with just jorge as a texture usually takes me more than 48 hours to make so I guess I'll skip this contest too and just play what everyone else makes.

You'd be surprised what having a deadline does for your production speed, you might as well give it a whirl for fun. Besides, the more the merrier. :)

I don't need this contest anyways!:mad: Obviously I don't think you aren't very good at making contests and I don't think I'm gonna like stay up for 48 hours with sleep and make a mission! I have a life you know and I don't just stay on the computer all the time:sweat:
