Thinking about starting my 48 hours tonight sometime - quick question, is it OK to use the DEDX base mission to start out? Not a big deal either way, but I usually use it when creating a mission.

I'm not familiar with the DEDX base mission, but the rules forbid using any mis, game, or vbr files prior to your start, so no, you can't use it. Sorry.

27h later, I'm in big trouble :laff:
Right now I have a working and complete FM. Yay.
Thing is, it's way too small, I only built one third of what I originally planned so far. I think i'll scrap several things and try to end up building about 2 thirds of what I planned. Later I'll probably make a gold edition of the mission.
I ain't gonna sleep tonight :cheeky:

Good luck DrK! I managed to build a decently-sized mission during these 48 hours despite having slept 18 hours combined. If I managed to do it, then you can do it. :D
