Ok.. Its been about 10 years since I played around with Dromed. I installed all the NewDark and newest edit of Dromed. Are the config set up the same? I mean I need to display Dromed correctly. GAWD, I feel like such a noob..

Your DromEd window still needs to be smaller than your screen size. But it can be widescreen. Here are some possibilities for your cam.cfg, there probably are lots others, but these are the ones I tried & found worked:
;edit_screen_size 800,600
;edit_screen_size 1024,768
;edit_screen_size 1280,960
;edit_screen_size 1400,1050
;edit_screen_size 1440,1080
;edit_screen_size 1600 1200
;edit_screen_size 1680 1050
;edit_screen_size 1920 1200
READ the MODDERS NOTES in the NewDark documentation.
Oh, welcome back!

And you can't set the DromEd screen size to a resolution that isn't recognized by the game, for some crazy reason. Lost a lot of hair figuring that one out. So if you want some not-quite-fullscreen DromEd window size, you also have to add it as a custom resolution in cam_ext. All the bit depth settings have to match between DromEd and game mode too.
