What about petrifying, intimidating and heart attack inducing? I'm telling you this whilst I am still very early on in the mission
(just got a blue key)
and already I've been chased by two big mobs of haunts  . The second time I was doing a runner I had to rip my headphones off in a blind panic to stop me from shaking. That's a first! :o
I'm sort of looking forward to this mission, I just hope it gets tougher
not scarier.
;)
What is the collective noun for haunts anyway?

I really enjoyed this FM. It was sometimes hard but that's what it's supposed to be. Many thanks to the
French cooperation.
Can anyone tell me how they arrived at the combination? I checked Nightwalkers post to see the answer, but for the life of me don't see how to arrive at that answer.
Never without 3 - 3
Everything begins & ends with me - 1
Number of hearts in a munchao scarlet dragon - no idea
The two equations. x-2y=4 and 2y+x=2 - x=3?
I'm stumped.

More questions.....
1. What does the button in the kitchen sink do?
2. I frobbed somthing in the fire in the room with the tables & books. Got found secret, but sure haven't been able to find one.
3. In the room where you start all the tests, there is a button under the table. What does it do?
4. Also, after going through all the "tests", I got an objective complete on the first objective. A few seconds later, the objective is unchecked. That's the objective that hints about doing the tests all over again....?
I must have missed something somewhere because I don't see a way out.

A panic? A BTT (Brown Trousers Time)? :joke:
By the way, to the authors: Don't apologize! You did a great job! I think everyone went in knowing that the missions were intended to be very difficult. At least I did. While I might moan and complain (mostly because I am just incredibly bad at puzzles yet feel compelled to solve them), I was happy to play these missions and enjoyed myself very much. These were some of the best puzzle missions that I have played. Be proud! Thank you for your missions! Make more!:thumb:

Vandi The combination -
There is a clue in a book that tells you what order to use the numbers in and which ones to choose, because there are 5 numbers available and you only need 4. Thankfully, the one you don't need is the one with the math equation clue (because I suck at math!:cheeky: ) The clue is "P S C I"
Patience - "Never without Patience" I don't have a clue how you end up with 2 from this one. Lady Jo told me. I even looked at the french clue, in case the translation messed it up and couldn't figure it out. The French says "Never without three" ??? I've asked for an explanation so maybe I'll be able to change this is I get an answer or is someone else can explain it.
edit: I got a reply from Lady Jo. Apparently the clue is supposed to allude to the saying about "Everthing comes in threes" but it doesn't seem very obvious too me. The English one is obviously not right but I didn't pick up on it because I didn't know where it was going to be used.
Skill - "Everything begins and ends with me" would be nothing "0".
Courage - "The number of hearts in a Munchao dragon" That's taken from a scroll in one of the rooms. "4"
Intelligence - The number is written on the wall above the nook with the number lock.
For your other questions:
1.
It moves a chair or something. It has no real purpose in the mission and should have been removed, I think.
2.
That made a pair of spectacles appear on the table in there. They work as a key on a box concealed in the dining room.
3.
There is a series of buttons that get you one final secret. The first one is in an alcove in "Discretion". As far as I can tell, each button you push makes another one appear elsewhere. This one makes the one in "Patience" appear and that one makes the one in "Courage" appear. It makes the one under the table appear. Once they've all been pushed, a red walkway extends inside "Skill" that allows you to get that green roll, which otherwise, you can't reach.
4.
I didn't have that happen. That objective should complete after you've pushed all the buttons under the statues and gone through the doorway that opens. (the one with the skelton behind it.)
In Fragments here. I've dropped down into a somewhat small area with a bunch of crypts surrounding a middle section with zombies in it. I found one button in plain view on the wall which opened up the middle section to release the zombies. Inside where the zombies were is a door in the floor. I assume I need to find a button or frob something for it to open. I've been all over the place and can't find what opens it. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Followup here. I was thinking to myself I bet I'll find the way out as soon as I post this and go back into the game. Sure enough I did. If anyone gets stuck at the same point I was in let me know and I'll give you a nudge in the right direction.
