Myyyyyy GOD do commercials for Wii games still have more footage of the people playing the games than of the games themselves? When the Wii first came out I can understand that it was very informative to show overly enthusiastic idiots flailing around in their living rooms but it's been TWO YEARS ALREADY JESUS WE GET IT

Generally I think that's to show us friends, couples, families etc all having fun playing together. ie redefining the image of gaming to something more social and friendly to those outside usual gamer circles (especially the casual stuff) and steering away from the image of some nerd sat alone in a dark room.
Ok this one has some dude by himself so the social aspect doesn't work here. But that's a nice apartment he's got and he looks like he probably skateboards or something, ie hay look world not a nerd!

Red Steel is a perfect example of how not to do an FPS. Cursed Mountain continues Russia's preoccupation with boring psychic bullshit. SH Shattered Memories is just going to flat-out suck. Period.
