I would give them all the time in the world if they try very hard not to port it to another console and actually put some effort into the environment instead of giving an editor demo like they did in DS.

I found DS enjoyable at the time it came out.

:) Nah! That was an 'aside' - I like wine. My point was only that, at least in my opinion, one of the delights of Thief is that it appeals to a vast age group ranging from teens to what, 70s, 80s? Is there another game? When you're on the downward slope of the whatever score years and 10, you occasionally think there isn't a whole heap of time left.

When I get my new bits for my pc I'm going to make a real effort to play T3 beyond the 3rd mission. I was disappointed with it - but I'd like not to be. It'd be nice to make it to a T4 that wasn't a let-down. On the other hand, if it actually happens and is naff, not being around to see it might be a bonus! :laff:
