Aww, just a re-release? I'd love a proper sequel, tho I don't know if Monolith has it in them to do this kinda thing anymore. Looking at "Sir, You Are Being Hunted" makes me think Big Robot could probably do something good with the IP given the chance and the budget.

Getting a Steam release for these would certainly be nice, if only because everytime I build a new PC and reinstall them I'm a little bit closer to having to replace the CD's.

Yeh I would love a Steam release, I only ever played Nolf and Nolf2 once each, and have lost the cds a long long time ago.

Nice. Night Dive over the last year or so are proving themselves to heroes of classic gaming. Angry Internet Men frothing at the mouth over community patches being utilised in ND's distros can cry a river, build a boat and then sail down it until they find somebody who cares.

"Make sure your men stay out of sight. We don't want to ruin our surprise do we?"
"Yes sir! I mean... no sir! I mean... yes to the first part, and no to the second part, sir!"
"Shut up."
I would love to get a Steam copy.

I didn't realize there was an uproar about that, but it doesn't really matter since the rights to modifications to a piece of software belong to the owners of the original product.
Nicked, you look like you need a monkey.

Please don't think that I enjoyed saying those things to you. Even though the words were not mine, I am so disgusted with myself that I must return home and wash myself with soap.

Giving credit where it's due is always a good thing, even if they're probably not legally allowed to pay for fan fixes and so forth.
Anyway, I thought they apologised for making it sound like they made Thief run all by themselves (or that was just GOG doing it wasn't it? I dunno).
