I just made an offer on a new house in Oregon. With luck sometime in the next week I'll have an answer, and in 60-90 days be on my way.

You'll then be fortunate to be without my presence until I get a internet link set up in the new home.

Nice digs.

One piece of advice though. Lots of outside decking I see. Get yourself a good pressure washer and hire some teenage slave labor to run that puppy!
