I've just finished all the missions from the T1/G anniversary contest on expert. I started playing when the missions came out. Now I am really having a hard time while deciding what to play next. Of course I'll return to Thief 2, but in terms of Thief 2, there weren't much new missions recently.

I've just finished them all (on Expert too :eek:) and can I say they're ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! So to recover from those brilliant mission's I've been playing some classic T1 FM's again, currently enjoying Mystery Man from Doall and Mansion of Chaos from Sharga again and loving them again! There really is some great T1 FM's out there to re-play again.

There are many of briliant T1/G missions, and to commemorate the anniversary You can play some of them :)
Ticky, here is my list of the best of the best T1/G missions. Maybe it contains something You have not played yet? They are ALL worth repeating many times. Try to ghost them, try to find all loot and You'll be happy and never bored :) Go to the thiefmissions.com or ttlg.de and grab them by their names or by the Authors' names ;)

My next mission isn't very far away now, it's a sequel of Mystery of the Upper Quarter, in case you haven't played that one yet :)

It's great to 'hear' that :) I liked the Mission 1 and it is in my "T2-Fav-FMs" directory right now ;)

will be cool to see who will drop first mission after contest
i loved upper quarter part 1,after i left the church i went right path to my fav spot off the waterfront to a nice sit down,one of my fav area's to hang out in that mission

Glad to hear you've enjoyed it so much.
I got my inspiration mostly from Greece itself and the harbour is a little like the city from the games Gothic 2 and Risen.

Sorry, but I don't have a problem yet. After playing all contest missions I have decided to ghost them or at least try to ghost them to add some bonus points to the gameplay score. I have still 20 missions to go. Also I have the last 39 Thief Gold missions and above 400 Thief 2 FMs to play. And probably there will be new stuff coming up. Like for example Thief 2 contest next year. After that maybe I will try to ghost FMs. So there is still a lot for me to play.

also i hope someone does a youtube series on contest missions i would love to see how other approached some of the missions
