Oh, and someone gave me a 360 ver. of Bioshock. whatevs. Already have PC disc and Steam copies. I am kinda curious how it looks and plays on the console, but it is simply a curiosity.
You can use analogue movement to walk, OMG!!!!1111
My God, it was so daft how Aja was hung up about the PC version having no f*cking walk movement speed modifier key pre-patch.
"OH NOES, NO WALK KEY. MOVING AT SNAIL'S PACE IS THE ONLY WAY I CAN TAKE IN THE SCENERY AND BE IMMERSED!!!!!111"

I have to admit that having gotten accustomed to using analog sticks on modern controllers for FPS, I've grown to prefer them. The analog walking speeds do seem to increase immersion and strangely enough despite obviously not being as accurate, analog aiming feels much more immersive as well. Also, it's a lot more satisfying than pixel perfect rail gun mouse shooting when you get good at it.

Completed Arkham Asylum story mode just now (incl. all Riddler Trophies). Absolutely excellent game, even though some of the later fights had me tearing my hair out at times.
Will probably give the Challenge Modes a go at a later time. Any reason for me NOT to choose the Armored Batsuit for these?

Grrr. My sympathies have started running out. Attacks that can't be dodged and which HURT MY HORSE?! Die colossus, die.

He was right, y'know.
Well ok I never played any of the Bioshock games on PC, but I can't imagine it without being able to walk. Just wouldn't feel
right.

You can walk. It's called a goddamn shift key.
