On Colossus 16.
Impossible.
Fuck you and your crap mechanics SotC, just fuck you.
I know what I'm supposed to do (jump from left shoulder to right hand) but I can't because I'm on fur, which means pushing in the direction I want to jump, like I would on a ledge, makes me climb down so getting to the other hand properly is totally random.
I'm done.

I actually never bothered actually leaping from the fur on his bicep. I instead would let go, using his armor piece as a ledge to jump from. Try that.
As far as the next step is concerned, just stab the hand wherever and climb on top to make your next jump- I had to look at a guide to tell me that.

I started Operation Flashpoint: Dragon rising. And took about eight attempts to finish the first mission. On normal. Good Lord I am bad at these games!
I hope you didn't spend money on this piece of crap

Negatives to playing it in Win7 (with win98 compatibility mode inplace) is at times long loading times, no music (grr) and occasional crashes to desktop. But whilst that's annoying, I'm getting to play the damn game finally which is all that matters :).
Those crashes get really fucking frustrating later in the game. Lemme know if you find any way around them, yeah?

It seems like I've finally reached the high watermark mission of GTAIV: Four Leaf Clover. I can't believe I have to start back at the apartment after every death though... sucks ass.
In Machinarium it's starting to get very tough now... very odd lateral thinking abounds in the solutions now. Part of the issue is not knowing what some of the bits and pieces are and hence how to use them - case in point: I thought the sticky tape was a length of elastic, hence I had no idea to use it like flypaper and even after I did, flies + lightbulbs is a really weird stretch.

Finished Rage, which was completely awesome. Probably going to play Skyrim next.

It's quite easy after some practicing, watch youtube and keep trying. And then there is the hard mode, when you do it with a time limit ;)

It was another week of amazing success in Kokiville.
First I looked up some Dark Souls gameplay. Hate to admit it, but the game looks damn nice, and much more refined than Demon's' Souls. Can't really understand all this bitching about difficulty though; I guess people either really suck at videogames or have lives and can't spend a couple of hours grinding souls. Losers! Who knows, maybe fifth game in the series will be on the PC too, I mean for japs making a game for 360 is like selling your son to a brothel so why not.
RAGE was next. I got the game, I got the patch, I updated my video card drivers and in general I wasted a shitload of time for nothing. I don't even need to comment on the game itself here because the technical problems were enough for me to put it in my "Further Evidence That Big Industry Names Don't Mean Shit Anymore" drawer(I ran out of space in my "Evidence That Big Industry Names Don't Mean Shit Anymore" drawer). I gotta say though, for a 20GB big game it sure uninstalls in a flash, I was amazed.
Next was SPACE MARINE. It's like a hack&slash with three moves where you're constantly swarmed by one enemy meets a cover TPP shooter where you can't take cover. Another brilliant work by Reric.
