Stop buying stuff you hobos. I can't get through to the steam store!

Incidentally, is the Fallout 3 Game of the Year edition worth bothering with? It's just the DLC and a few other things apparently.

Easy access to the Steam overlay and thus the Fallout Wiki? I dunno, that's why I bought it the last time it was on sale.

Cheers. I went for the vanilla in the end. It was five bucks versus thirteen. Nearly didn't make it because the store was getting either DDSed or generally bombed right up until the last minute there.

I would get at least Broken Steel, The Pit, and Point Lookout. The other 2 DLCs are terrible. Those 3 are worthwhile though.

Hey now, Operation Anchorage is actually good. It's just different, is all.
Mothership Zeta is indeed awful, though.
However, now you have a different problem: You need to get your DLC through GFWL instead of Steam. Have fun!

Uh, so is Arkham City meant to be as sprawlingly confusing as it is... just wondering... also, do I have to read a manual or something for backstory on what's going on or will that be doled out as we go?
june gloom on 27/12/2011 at 00:31
There's pretty much no manual as far as I can tell, and the story doesn't really dole out much for most of the first half.
And yes, it's sprawling and vaguely confusing, but there's plenty of sidequests to go around.
