I made an arched door in Anim8or. I have an arched door texture that has the same proportions. How do I get the freaking texture to "autofit" onto the door?
I tried screwing around with it in AccuTrans3D. When I apply the UV planar coordinates, the texture is half-on, half-off the door. The door object is sitting at 0,0,0, so I dunno why.

By default a texture will be projected onto the front of a cube, scaled to fit. If you made the semicircle at the top by cutting a cylinder and filling the gaps, the new faces won't have any texture mapping info.
I've never used Accutrans 3D but in Anim8or you can reset the texture mapping by going to Settings > Component > Texture UV (or go in to UV mode and double click) and Reset do Default. The texture will then be scaled to fit the front of the object. UV mapping is applied to the whole object, so the side faces will have to be detached to form a new object if you want to do them separately.

Yeah, the door is a rectangle with a cylinder at the top. I used Accutrans3D to turn it into one layer or object.
Let me do some dabbling in Anim8or based on what you told me and I'll let you know.
