Coins are really simple objects, just n-sided cylinders with a coin texture for heads and tails. Why don't you use your need as an opportunity to begin learning a 3d modeler and make your own? Anim8or is free. Or just take an existing coin .bin and edit in a new texture for the faces using a hex editor? That's easy to do too.

Yeah you could just retexture the existing coin object.

No need to use Blender just to retexture. Make a copy of the .bin file with a new name like "euro10c" and then hex edit the texture to be your new texture.

Thanks Russ, i don't have hex edit, besides it's not hard to change the texture name in blender.
