Scots and Vernon are ace... No, really, I like these guys. I had a good time. A little too good is what I was thinking as I rolled out of bed to make a morning meeting after getting home at 3 (stupid cabbie). Vernon picked a cozy neighbourhood bar with music & poetry upstairs. We made a token attempt at the poetry but had too much to talk about - like the rest of you lot. ;) Closed the place then moved on down the street to play pool. That was a good wind down - too bad I was useless. You could have come back in the morning and I'd still be clearing the table. Thanks for playing host Vernon, and thanks for the drinks & eats Scots.
Sorry, no epic tales of jail rape to share. We couldn't find any cops around to harass, so we could only manage to get ourselves in trouble with the bar staff. Maybe next time..
