I'd hypothesize that a negative attitude about other women and low self esteem would also go hand in hand with each other.

It's really fucking hilarious to watch you try to figure out women.
Here's the thing- women are people, and people are all different, and react differently to different things for different reasons. You cannot fucking say shit like "so women react more to this, than this, if they do this" because like everything else there's plenty of exceptions.

Still its stupid to deny that there's any constants or patterns. Let me know if you ever find that girl who prefers shy, insecure, scrawny men over those who are tall, fit, and confident.

As much as I'd like to think that there are women like that, I've never met one.
I'm not saying they don't exist, I just don't know of any.
I've heard some women saying how they like nice, quiet, shy guys, but again I've never actually seen that preference translated into practice. I've seen it in dozens of
movies, but in real life? Not yet.
So yes, generalizations are usually logically faulty, but in this case there might be some truth to them.
