I am an ex-Ion Storm developer. (R.I.P.)
I was telling someone about the T: DS soundtrack and mentioned that the official soundtrack had been released. I did a Google search to find him a link and, to my surprise, couldn't find one.
So I started digging, and soon came to realize that the official soundtrack had not been released as I thought.
However, in the distant past I acquired the soundtrack through developer methods I shall not name, and since it's not available anywhere else I figured I'd post it here.
As the thread title said, this is
not the Nightfall rip (though thanks go to Nightfall for putting in the time for such a quality release).
These are the real files, mixed professionally from the game source content.
So without further ado, here is the Official Thief: Deadly Shadows Soundtrack:

That link's only good for 25 downloads, so don't be a punk. Only download it if you're willing to re-up it at YSI or another file-hosting site and share the love. This will only get out there if everyone who downloads it creates new download links for everyone else.
It's going to take a community effort to keep this out there.
Since I don't even know if it's legal for me to post this, I created this phony account and am going to unregister as soon as I make this post. But with 25 downloads, I trust that the music will live on.
As they say in
Serenity, you can't stop the signal.

Sticking this thread.
Once these downloads run out, it'll be everyone else's responsibility to make it available through torrents or hosting or whatever. Once I've satisfied myself that TTLG cannot be held liable in any way (which I'm 99% sure of now, but I'm a stickler for things like that) we might even be able to set up some permanent linkage ourselves. Since this OST isn't a commercially-released product, and isn't likely to be released as a commercial thing, I'm happy to consider this relatively kosher for the time being.

I've grabbed my copy. If anyone wants to host it, but isn't one of the lucky 25, I'll happily send it.

Downloading now...
Someone set us up the torrent-bomb, I be seedin'.

Clicky...
I'll leave the link up until I get one of those friendly reminders about bandwidth.
Edit: I'm out.

Pardon my ignorance, but if this is allowable, could it become available on disc the way DromEd and most FM's are through Komag, only through someone else willing to go through the trouble?
Such as:

...or not?

How is the OST comparing to Nightfall rip? What's the tracklist? Is there some extended or re-mixed versions of themes we listen in the game? I mean that in the game some ambients are too short (Fort Ironwood theme f.e.) to listen them as separate "songs" out of the game.
