...fair enough.

Would mission authors be able to include these soundtracks in their missions? Some of them make a good atmosphere for abandoned buildings, and so forth.
Maybe you mean Dromed (Thief 2) missions? In that case, I think it would be okay to do that, but it might technically be a no no.

Who was that masked, mysterious developer? :o
Awesome news, btw...

Aaah, very very good, as a passionate ripper and collector of music from my fav games, I say HURRAY AND THANKS for this.
Err... some tracks have significant crackling, is it normal?
Anyways, I plan to record sound files from important TDS cutscenes and enrich this soundtrack a bit. Yummy!

I'm pretty sure the lighthouse tracks have 'LP' crackle built in.

Is there a torrent for this?

The Clocktower theme is the best, and I know you agree.

The Overlook Manse is my favorite also the most distinguishable (aside from the Hammer & Pagan themes). The mumbled female voice in the Pagan track is a bit creepy.

I am one of the 25 to get the zip, but I have no clue how to get it out to people. If noone else comes through, I would be willing to burn the zip to a cd and send it to someone who could redistribute it. Again, if noone else comes through.
