I am one of the 25 to get the zip, but I have no clue how to get it out to people.
Didn't see that part coming before you downloaded, huh? :erg:
If you can break it into 50mb chunks, you could store it on an online file-storage service like: (
http://www.yourfilelink.com/)
Then post the link here.
Or you could use a trick I like to use sometimes. Create a bunk hotmail account and just email it to that account, then publically give out the address and password so people can download it right off the email account. And Hotmail has up to 250MB storage.

*sigh*
Of course I read that part. At least I'm not someone with no real interest in this damn thing, with intentions of never trying. I am a hardcore Thief fan going way back. I will have this file possibly forever. One of the few people who will probably hang on to it so dearly.
However; thanks for your advice. I'll, see what I can do...

Ok, Soundtrack mirrored on my site, click on my signature.
Beware, this is a 2 part self-extracting archive, you need the 2 files !
Then run the "exe" part to rebuit the "Thief_Deadly_Shadows_Soundtrack.zip"
Good night folks

There are still original downloads available. Either people haven't seen this thread or they aren't interested. :erg:

The Overlook Manse is my favorite also the most distinguishable (aside from the Hammer & Pagan themes). The mumbled female voice in the Pagan track is a bit creepy.
What I really like about that soundtrack (and, actually, about the whole sound in TDS) is that Eric has used a lot of cool sounds from the first two games. For example, "The Hammers" track features some well-known sound effects used in Hammerite missions in The Dark Project/Gold. "The Pagans" has some audio-effects from T2's "Trail Of Blood" mission. "The Keepers' Library" has got some nice stuff from The Keeper Compound in T1's "Haunted Cathedral" mission.
Though Deadly Shadows differs a lot from the original two games, Eric's sound made it absolutely fantastic.

I know you people hate me, but South Quarter starts with a reverse medley of "KEE-HIT" from Darky.

I like the SQ theme very much and the Overlook Manse too of course.
Clocktower is good but it quickly palls.

The only reason I said that was because I was seriously fighting temptation to download it myself and didn't because I didn't think I had a better way of hosting it than other people (and I suspect other people felt that way too so the d/l number is low, but maybe the thread's just not visible enough?). So, anyway, it was kind of taking a joking jab at those that fell into temptation anyway when I was soo "courageous" not to ( at myself, there).
Obviously, I didn't mean it very seriously... I mean, who can blame you? It's good news! :D And it's being hosted in enough places now that it doesn't really matter. No worries, mate. But it is nice to hear you're going to an effort to host it anyway.

The Clocktower theme is the best, and I know you agree.
That, or the Overlook Manse...
Isn't there something like this for Thief 1 or 2? I had a browse in sound.crf but most of the stuff there is short sound .wav files.
