1: Playing Red Faction, I go into a room and get shot at by a big robot which has rockets, so I ran into a room to the side. The robot kept firing after the door closed and I thought "Haha, stupid AI!"
Yeah, that's right, I hid behind a wall in Red Faction.
Needless to say I shat myself when it blew a hole in the wall and proceeded to wail on me. Fucking Red Faction. The only really great moment in the whole game resulted from my stupidity.
2: System Shock 2: [SPOILER]Running backwards from a protocol droid trying to kill it with a shotgun - *blam* *blam* *clunk*[/SPOILER]
3: Undying: Playing through the game for the third time, I was complacent and cocky and was [SPOILER]casting resurrect on the Trsanti - I did it to one armed with dynamite and then realised what he was doing a few seconds too late[/SPOILER]

LOL, that makes sense, as I remember seeing a sign about an explosives store. Oh well! I enjoyed replaying all the way through and I'm on the next mission, now. :D

TIE Fighter:
The mission where you have to clear a mine field with an unshielded TIE. After you get half of them, that admiral decides to pull a fast one an order your wingmen and everyone else to kill you! :eek:
