Yes, it works brilliantly! All you gotta have is maxed out Combat Strength, Low tech Weapon skills on 4, and a Dragons Tooth- your all set!
By Hong Kong, you should be able to smash your first Alarm Sounder! Weee! How fun! And to think some people use Rockets on such things! Hahah! Also, those annoying doors, requiring all those annoying lockpicks.. obsolete! Just smash away... I just have a smashing frenzy. I smash chairs from under people and make them stand!
What do your think?

Not to pick nits here, but Combat Strength at tech 2 (one upgrade) is quite sufficient for the purpose. :)
Edit: But yes, you need low tech weapons on master and a Dragon's Tooth.

I did the same thing.. the chairs, that is. I went on a rampage of furniture-slaughtering and left not a one left in UNATCO :)
Using the Tooth to smash things is good, but having a Mastered sniper rifle is probably better as you can take them out from long range.

Actully, it's sorta silly, but I discovered that in some cases, different weapons have different properties. For example: I came upon a door that had 50% strength, but could not be cracked open.. with the Dragons Tooth, but only with the lowly crowbar!

And pssst: Here's an interesting thing: with the Max CS aug, and the Tooth, you can smash the Tri-Weld points on the SHip! Too bad it blows up and kills you tho.
