The taste is fairly different, though.
Personally, my favorite tacos are strips of beef covered in cilantro, onions, and salsa verde wrapped in a soft shell. But I'm not about to turn down some hard shell tacos just because I like them better. Tacos are tacos, and all tacos are grand.
